Senator Richard Lugar of Indiana is trying to send the McHappy Warriors a message: "It ain't over 'til it's over". It seems that for some reason the good senator might believe that administration is less than committed to post-Saddam reconstruction in Iraq; that maybe there was some fudging of the Intel (well that's got to be pretty obvious; all those stockpiles of weapons just grew legs and walked off) estimates from Iraq that led to the invasion of a sovereign country whose sole recommendation for invasion was their huuuuuge oil reserves.
