Allegations are running rampant across the internet and blogtopia in particular that Chimpy's butt-boy Karl Rove was very directly involved in the Joseph Wilson/Valerie Plame affair.
Like everyone else, I am following the story with great interest, since it's sort of like Watergate's Ehrlichman/Haldemann connection to Nixon, same level and access and all...I do have a piece of advice for Unka Karl, if you have to go to the bad place that Colson/Magruder and the rest went, remember to ask for clothing with vertical stripes because, well those horizontal stripes will make you look a little chubby.
Just a fashion thought...FWIW.

one can only hope. if justice is swift, fair and unrelenting, there'll be impeachments and prison time all around, for everyone involved in perpetrating this agenda-based doctoral thesis research project masquerading as a duly elected democratic form of government.
then there'll be extra jail time tacked on for starting a war for oil.
i thought it was interesting that "Three Days of the Condor" was on one of the premium movie channels this past weekend. there's an eerie moment after Turner (Redford) is interrogating Atwood on why he ordered everyone in that office killed, and he comes to the realization why:
"What's so important about... oil... fields.
This whole damn thing was about oil."
then the later conversation with Higgins about invading the Middle East, destabilizing regimes as part of a larger game... ya gotta wonder, sometimes.
