Troubling

Well, we know that there's some element of the Southern Strategery alive and well in the Fearless Leader Follies. Seen at a Codpiece Campaign stop in Ohio:

A sign spotted Friday at a campaign rally for President Bush in Chillicothe, Ohio: "If Jesus weren't a Jew he'd be an American." We could not immediately reach Him for comment.
Simply Amazing.

If Jesus weren't a Jew, he'd be an Iraqi.

I agree. That dumbass probably thinks Jesus was a white man.

I vote for "brilliant surrealist satire". I'd like to sneak more signs like that into Bush rallies. Just plausible enough to get past the Pledge Police, but confusing and demented enough to really put the edge on the whole thing.

Any more suggestions?

Just point me at that loyalty oath, baby.

"If Jesus were alive he'd be an Iraqi"

Actually, he'd be a Syrian. His alleged mother Mary was a Syrian Jew and spoke Aramaic, as did Jesus.
