Stupid, Stupid man-child

As the stink of fear issues from the 1600 Crew, like fog creeping into San Francisco, it's instructive to hear Preznit Incredibly Cowardly hold forth like he's the most intelligent, brave and well-respected leader ever.

Bush suggested his Democratic rival "does not understand the enemy we face and has no idea how to keep America secure." His campaign reinforced that theme with a new television ad with chilling imagery of prowling wolves in a dense forest. "Weakness attracts those who are waiting to do America harm," an announcer says.
Given that Preznit Summer Vacation was not reading the PDB's in August of 2001, it's awfully tough to make the case for his credentials as some kind of anti-terrorist wunderkind. In fact, as I recall, when he had his chance to stand up and protect our country as an Air National Guard pilot during the cold war, he did what comes most naturally to him...

He ran away.

But in the "100 opinions and one fact" department ... I saw the John Kerry Smear Hour on my local Sinclair Broadcasting affiliate last night.

They provided just enough of Kerry's side to give it a veneer of objectivity. I don't mind a little propaganda now and again, but I don't like it masquerading as news.

My favorite part was the five minutes devoted to Bush's service record. To give the illusion he might have served, even though no one remembers him in Alabama, they played a clip from his ex-girlfriend.

War protestors were portrayed as either treasonous or non-patriotic, and the program never considered whether they had a legitimite critique of the war (Vietnam or Iraq).

And of course, no one ever suggested Kerry's real target was the political leadership of the day for putting our soldiers in a bad situation. No one mentioned how Bush betrayed our soldiers at Abu Ghraib.

Bangerang, John Kerry! Darn, you stole my thunder! :( I was going to write a post about how Bush and his minions, reduced to sputtering "Liberal! Liberal!", reminded me of Rufio in HOOK. Except that Rufio, as he later proved, was more of a man than Bush will ever be.

atrios has a new thread up on PULL and bama. Salon has a story, ROlling Stone has an article as well.

Jo should unleash the archives and let the google surfers find the real deal (this great site)!

Funny how they overlook the fact that Jeebus W was president on 9/11. Also how the fucking coward ran away and hid.

The ad is exactly right. Weakness does attract predators. That's why the 9/11 attacks occurred during Bush's administration. They tried Clinton and the attacks were not as successful, plus Clinton's team turned back two plots, because they were on the ball and working the problem. But BushCo failed to stop 9/11 because they are weak, which attracts predators.

These spineless momma's boys (Dubya, DICK, Rummie, Rover and Wolfshitz) could never hope to attain even the remotest understanding of what it means to be a true American Patriot like JFK, let alone be considered his equal. All they think about is character and populace "assassination". If their verbal attacks fail, they resort to AK47's and CIA operatives to seal the deal for them, just like they did with the last JFK.

This latest commercial ploy to besmirch a decorated Vietnam Veteran will not work. The American People have exposed their lies and media misdirection’s. Besides, most people know, wolves and other predators are only dangerous when their food source is threatened or when there's a "clear and present danger" to their families (much like middle and low income workers in the United States).

I hope that John Kerry attacks these puny little neo-cons just like those wolves would attack any other vermin. Rip out their throats and leave the entrails for vultures and insects to pick on.

Right on, and power to the people! You guys should try to keep, er get one foot on the ground at all times.... I'm all for somebody speaking out.....but I sort of draw the line at Navy Officers commiserating with agents of foreign governments/the enemy, like Lt Kerry meeting with North Vietnamese officials in Paris). I think part of your problem is that you misunderestimate the competition...which leads you to jump to wrong conclusions, like Jo 961 does!

You should tell the Secretary of State that since Kerry went at his resuest and helped the new country fight a gorund war with China thereafter with covert action.

Between Kerry's experience with this and Iran/Contra he can end the BS and help get this new small fast quick strike stuff to work much more efficiently and risk much less soldier's lives.

Nationbuilding is the issue AWOL put America into with Iraq. We have to rebuild AMerica's infrastructure right now and have to rebuild 2 other countries instead...

Here we have Mr Murder with a good example of "false flag" so to speak...
In 1970, Kerry helped a new country at the request of the sec. of state...uh huh, of which country, France or North Vietnam?
