Gas prices went up 30¢ today here in Central Ohio. The republican fascist party greedmeisters no longer have to hide their willingness to commit economic rape and pillage. Their chosen one is back at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue to shepard in a new era of citizen-crushing corporate governance of our country.
But wait: here's an interesting note...the christo-fascist wackjobs who feel, nah fuck that, are absolutely sure that they own Beloved Leader lock, stock and testicles have already started to make not-so-subtle demands on Preznit Defective Lucky Sperm:

Today, the deserting little shit is sending Americans off to face horrors he studiously avoided despite the ultra-sweet deal of guarding south Texas from the VC. Making 0-3 in every branch of the service is a pretty simple affair, and usually automatic for a rated aviator...unless of course you're a complete fuckwit waste of a human being. Gee, who might that describe? Funny how the swiftshits never, ever could come up with an answer for that. It saddens me that many, many honorable men (well, not any more) bought into and backed that steaming pile of swiftshit dogshit for partisan ideological reasons. They proved that they'll support a chickenshit buttwipe for no other reason than pure partisan hackery. How sad. School boards are pushing that most specious explanation for the origin of the species..."Intelligent Design". More of the agenda of the christo-fascists. Hey, for every religious organization that gets federal dollars, how about they have to let us come and teach Darwin in sunday school? That's some equal time...and it works for me.

Please, God, if you're up there, please have these nimrods try to ban Harry Potter 6. Here's another piece of news that will frost your skivies. A 24 year voice of reason and support for our underfunded VA rights, the CHAIR of Veterans Affairs Committee, ousted by the Repugnant Nazi Crooks.
"The ouster of Rep Chris Smith (R-NJ) was clearly a politically driven decision, not one based on performance," John Furgess, the commander-in-chief of the VFW, said.
"Instead of a message of strength and continuity being sent, what's being communicated loud and clear across the country is that your jobs in jeopardy if you put principles before politics," he said.
Now, let's see how quickly the "swiftless swabbies" stand up and tell the world how much of a shit the VFW commander is for questioning G.O.P. behavior.

I am ashamed to say that I missed something so obvious as your observation about 1st Lt. Bush getting stuck at 1st Louie, especially since I served in the USAF and got my three stripes automatically. Of course, I did have to show up and not fuck up too much. If I had not shown up or fucked up as much as 1st Louie Bush, I wouldn't have gotten bumped up to Sargeant in my four years.
Therefore, anyone with a lick of sense would realize that 1st Louie Bush must have screwed up his "cushion" job with the Texas Air National Guard to such an extent that he didn't receive the automatic promotion lower-grade air force personnel got back then. In other words, his promotion was withheld from him and there must have been a good reason, per air force regulations, for it to be withheld.
Too bad his idiot parents chose to "enable" their alcoholic-addict son all of his life, because now he believes he can get away with murder on a worldwide scale. And I call it murder when any asshole president starts a war on false pretenses.
On a lighter note: The Bush twin who's a teaching assistant does something odd when she's reading "My Pet Goat" to the kids. She stops reading for seven, long, excruciating minutes in the middle of the story and sits in class with a vapid look on her face. It must be a Bush family genetic defect.
