The Proof is in the Voting folks. Bill to provide 1.9 billion and change for veterans healthcare went down on partisan lines 46-54. Sole republican voting with all the senate Dems: Arlen Specter (ex-Marine officer, I believe). Joementum voted for vets (surprised we are!) and McCain voted against them, which surprises me, but then he's been getting so far up Preznit Brush Hacker's ass it's not such a shocker. He's so forgotten his roots that if you asked him if he was a "turtle"* he probably wouldn't remember the answer. Sad.
46-54. Real Americans vs "Troop-Hating Frauds". Doesn't get much clearer than that, does it?

Seriously. They don't pay any attention in wars of their own design and choice. Especially, and moreso when none of their own kids are fighting. Well, except for that 1 Democratic guy, but hey - he's only in the House of Reps. Least his kid has the cajones to stand up to his convictions.
Right McCain? Loser isn't good enough for you. And, to think I voted for your worthless ass in the 2000 primary. What a mistake that was.
I should have Jo run me up on Office Hours right now for that one alone.

McCain is aggravating and a sad case. Its in him to fight the Bush over the limit credit card binge, to fight for Vets, to fight against the ICP- Insane Clown Posse pretend christians, but he's sold soul so just maybe if he gets down on his knees low enough the Roveians will let him be Prez in 2008. He's a better man then that, I pray he's finds his way back from the dark side.
