Sorry, Jay. It's only a handful of judges that are being filibustered. The GOP is nominating judges so far out of the mainstream that Abu Gonzalez accused one of an "unconscionable act of judicial activism." Come back from Edge City, man.

Yeah like judge Owens who took thousands from Enron in donations and ruled in their favor twice.
The crazy Democrats will let the entire country see how bad these judges are up close and personal.
She ripped off school boards in Texas twice over Enron money. Ruled in their favor after taking donations. Oh yeah, AWOL was Governin' down theres also...

If the Democrats are so out of touch, how come every poll finds that Americans oppose the Social Security changes the Horse Fluffer has proposed and most Americans support retaining the filibuster? Also, the latest polls show that most Americans disapprove of Horse Fluffer in general, on the economy, and on Iraq.
Maybe some people think the Democrats are out of touch with Americans because those people are juvenile and out of touch with Americans.
Just called your blog in to an Air Am radio show... so you may be getting a few visits. We were talking about really helping the troops, and your posts on the subject came up.
Can you get another short post on REALLY supporting our troops up on the toplevel blog really soon? It might help people looking for the info, rather than having to search your archives.
Thanks for all you do, and for not tolerating the REMF recto-cranial inversion cases making military goals based on lies and "non-reality-based" considerations.

When will democrats and moderate republicans ever learn that there can be no "compromise" with extremists for whom the concept, to say nothing of honor & ethics, means nothing?
This "nuclear option" will rear it's ugly head again in the very near future. Bet on it!
