Yes, Cindy is the real deal. I have had the privilege of sharing the stage and speaking out with Cindy. I have held her as she read her daughter's poem, "A nation rocked to sleep".
She has turned the line from that poem "Have you ever heard the sound of a mother screaming for her son?" into a clarion call to the nation. She is shaking the nation from its slumber.
To quote Admiral Yamamoto in Tora, Tora, Tora, " "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve."
