Fat Tony

Scalia, the Tool speaketh:

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia blasted what he called "judge moralists" and the infusion of politics into judicial appointments Monday after joining law students in a re-enactment of a 100-year-old landmark case.
...
"I am questioning the propriety -- indeed, the sanity -- of having a value-laden decision such as this made for the entire society ... by unelected judges," he said.
Bush v. Gore.

Irony is indeed Dead. Mort. Muerto. Tot. Guasto. Inoperante.

Right, Nino. Next time there's an abortion case before the USSC, refuse to vote, refuse to rule on it. That'll show 'em!

Otherwise we'll consider what you said to be more of your hypocritical verbal wanking.

Fat Tony, Fingers Clarence, and John "The Suit" Roberts: they will own everything if they get the chance. All of them hide behind their vaunted love of the Constitution--Iraq's 'constitution' more like--but they are 'literalists' of the Constitution the way Pat Robertson is a literalist of the Bible.
