Eye of the Zombie

Sly Stallone is going to remake not just one, but two movies that made him. Proving that at least in Hollywood it doesn't take George Romero or Roger Corman to provide a Little Zombies Shop of Horrors...

Sylvester Stallone has signed on to reprise his role as the boxing champ for a sixth installment in the once mighty franchise.
...
Rocky isn't the only muscle-bound hero Stallone is taking out of mothballs. He's also breaking out the bandana for a fourth turn as Rambo. Stallone will also write that screenplay.
The thirst for cartoon heroes seemingly never ends.

Nor does the craving for Zombies in the Valley apparently. Now for the hat trick...Night of the Living Dead Career...

Maybe Sly-boy plays the preznit who puts on a flightsuit, codpiece and and all, to avenge, well, something, 'n' even gets his hair a bit mussed in the process, and then at the end, victory is declared and all the "lowly grunts" cheer the heroic codpiece guy who gets all the attention (after a few thousand "fungible" grunts die after failing to do the job as well a codpiece preznit guy).

I predicted 10-15 years ago that Stallone would only use 3 titles on about 30 movies. OK, so I missed a little bit. Don't forget First Blood (which wasn't first) and First Blood 2, Beneath the Valley of the First Blood, Return of the Son of First Blood ...
