Bush has what we in the medical field call, selective negative hearing itis. Meaning, he can physically hear complaints, but has the inane ability to select only a few, that he can later turn on someone else, to actually register. Or maybe there isn't anything there for those thoughts to register in? I mean, no heart....makes sense that he would have no brain.
