Attention!

How in the fuck do we get this message to every congress critter, from bloggers of both parties: "You give away the Internet, we give away your fucking jobs?"

Congress is going to hand the operation of the Internet over to AT&T, Verizon and Comcast. Democrats are helping. It's a shame.

Don’t look now, but the House Commerce Committee next Wednesday is likely to vote to turn control of the Internet over to AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Time Warner and what’s left of the telecommunications industry. It will be one of those stories the MSM writes about as “little noticed” because they haven’t covered it.

This is a must-do, and there is very, very little time to do it. The Dems are not being the good guys here. Perhaps it's up to the more influential bloggers like Markos to reach out to his political contacts and point out "No Internet, No Netroots". That is if he can break away from his book-signing to do it.

There are about 300 or so of you very loyal readers out there, but 300 of us won't be fart in this windstorm. Spread the word. Everywhere. On left and right wing blogs that have comments. This can't be allowed.

Webb is taking some pretty heavy hits on the site and some folks at the site are using his position on affirmative action to attempt to label him as a rascist and a dixicrat. Since you know more about Jim than I do, I would appreciate the help.


PC- tell me where to go. I have nothing but disgust for those who would swiftboat Webb like this.

Jo- Go to the Democratic Party website, and click on the link to the blog. Several people have been posting negative comments on Webb on the party website and attempting to label him a a rascist.

Below is an example of what Miller is attempting to do with Webb. Seems he is traveling all around VA attacking Webb using race. It might work in a VA primary too. I encourage everyone to support the fighting dem. We cannot afford another Hackettboat type attack on a fellow veteran. Not to mention, in Va, Webb can beat Allen, Miller will get crushed. And of course, Webb is a good man, and these attacks show Miller to be a weasle!

This is how the elites in both parties are going to try and shut off the Internet (the second Guttenburg press) from the last citizens who utilize it as powerful tool for change.
