If a loss (god forbid) in 2008 to John McVain occurs because Hillary is framing this election in ready/not ready terms then the both of them, Bill and Hillary ought to be tossed so far out of the Democratic Party that they'll never even get a mailer soliciting campaign contributions signed with Howard Dean's autopen.
